Project Manager

Reporting To: Director, Research and Development / VP, Product Development

Summary:  The Project Manager will support several manufacturing, analytical and R&D projects; oversee collaborations with CMOs and Universities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and or management of GMP and non-GMP manufacturing, analytical and R&D projects
  • Oversee existing collaborations; ensure compliance with contractual obligations and objectives
  • Maintenance of effective filing system, lot file compilation and archiving
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of the clinical supply process; manage supply chain logistics; shipments, inventory reports
  • Writing, review and update of SOPs and other documents
  • Assist in creation and/or updating of regulatory and corporate product-related documents
  • Interact with all areas of the Company, acting as a resource for information regarding study specific information and guidelines
  • Contribution to clinical, regulatory and management team meetings by providing operational updates, plans and recommendations
  • Literature searches, summaries and maintenance of applicable files
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in multiple software applications, to include MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), and project management tools to track activity projections, project deliverables, timeline, revenue and invoicing is preferred
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate organizational, prioritization, and time management proficiencies
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic small company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
  • Timeline and budget development experience
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to accept temporary responsibilities outside of initial job description

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in a scientific or medical related field is preferred
  • Project management certification preferred
